1. What we collect
Account data: the email address you sign in with (magic link — no passwords stored by us).
Brand data you provide: brand name, description, logo, website URL, category selections.
Payment references: Dodo payment/checkout identifiers and bid amounts. Card and banking details are handled entirely by Dodo; we never receive them.
Operational logs: standard server logs (IP address, request metadata) retained briefly for security and debugging.
2. Why we process it
To operate the leaderboard: authenticate you, display your listing and ranks, send transactional email (activation, outbid alerts, expiry reminders, refund notices), prevent abuse, and meet accounting obligations via Dodo.
We do not sell personal data. There is no third-party analytics or advertising tracking on this site.
3. Processors we rely on
Supabase — database, authentication, file storage (EU-hosted project).
Cloudflare — hosting and CDN.
Dodo Payments — merchant of record: payments, tax invoices, receipts. See Dodo's own privacy policy for their processing.
Resend — delivery of transactional email.
4. Cookies
We set strictly-necessary session cookies for sign-in. No consent banner is required because no tracking or marketing cookies exist.
5. Retention & your choices
Listing content persists while your placement is active and may remain in historical rank snapshots after expiry. Account and brand data persist until you request deletion.
To access, correct, or delete your data, email support@d2cbid.lol from your account address. Deletion removes your account, brand profile, and listings; financial records retained where legally required are minimised to what law demands.
